The Rediscover with Rewards MICE Offer is valid on all new group bookings for a minimum of 50 rooms with a minimum room stay of three consecutive nights made directly through Inclusive Collection Meetings & Incentives at Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort, through March 31, 2026 for travel between January 15, 2026 and December 20, 2026. Valid for meeting planners and third-party providers from all markets.

Offer includes the following amenities: 

1. Receive one complimentary upgrade to a Preferred Master Suite or equivalent
2. Receive a Welcome Gift for up to two VIPs
3. Earn double World of Hyatt bonus points (up to 100,000) for companies hosting event and meeting planner loyalty members
4. Receive up to a 30% discount on private event set-up fees
5. Enhance your event with complimentary live entertainment (Mexican trio or violinist)

Terms & Conditions:

This offer is valid for new qualifying event contracts booked between October 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 for Qualifying Events booked at Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort and held between January 15, 2026 and December 20, 2026, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Complimentary Preferred Master Suite or equivalent includes access to the new Preferred Building, restaurant and beach club.
• VIP Group Gift is at hotel discretion.
• Set-up fee discount replaces the set-up fee concession in the Diamond Advantages One and Two levels; all other concessions remain unchanged.
• Complimentary live entertainment is limited to 1 set of 45 minutes.
• Not applicable to buyout groups.

General Group Rate Requirement: Group rates apply for bookings of 10 rooms or more, with a minimum stay of three consecutive nights. Bookings that do not meet these requirements may be subject to standard rates.

Offer must be disclosed during initial inquiry and included in a signed contract. Offer is an invitation to negotiate a Contract and is only available if the Individual Planner requests the Offer and the hotel confirms its availability. All details relating to the Qualifying Event (including the guest room bookings) are subject to the Contract terms, which override any terms set forth in this Offer. A Qualifying Event and other defined terms herein shall have the meaning described to them in the World of Hyatt terms found here: https://www.hyatt.com/help/terms/world-of-hyatt. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional restrictions for a Qualifying Event set forth in the published offer shall apply.

If World of Hyatt points award is offered and selected as one of the promotion offerings, all points awarded under this offer are Bonus Points. Contract holder must be a World of Hyatt member at the time of booking and Qualifying Event to benefit from this offer and must provide membership number. World of Hyatt Points have no monetary value. Please allow two to four weeks after event bill is paid for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account. There is a maximum of 100,000 Bonus Points available for each Qualifying Event, regardless of the number of individual planners or companies associated with the Qualifying Event.

No portions of this offer are redeemable for cash or other substitutions, nor are they replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired.
